Kill that Mid Day Craving

Hey, Mike here your friend in fitness. See just like you, I will get a craving for something during the day. So instead of hitting the vending machines, eat that last doughnut in the office kitchen or telling my self that that muffin at Starbucks is OK. I carry with me a awesome treat. It takes less them 1 minute to get ready. It probably takes you longer to figure out what your are going to wear for the day. So there is no excuse that you can not make this snack.

Happy Holiday Workout

We all get busy during the holidays and find it hard to get our workouts in. I have put together a quick workout to solve this problem. This is such an effective workout,you can even do this a few hours before the big feast, so you do not feel guilty and sabotage your progress.

 

Do this workout 3x this week and I will be back with next weeks 30 minute fat blasting workout.

Get yourself in balance

This video will help you to put your body into an alkaline state or also know as a balanced state. This will could help your body heal and ward off infections and remove the bad bacteria in the gut. It can assist in weight loss and help with your overall health.  You will need to have your overall diet in order to really reap the full benefits of this drink. Start out with doing this first thing in the morning. See how that works for you. If you want to take it further add this to after your diner at night. Create the ABs of steel

This a great ab workout that will be done in 1-4 rounds. There are 6 exercises that will be done 30 seconds on with 15 seconds rest. If you are unable to do the full plank roll out. You can do them from your knees. Get ready to build a strong core.

The best Detox recipe

I have been using this recipe for awhile. If you are looking to detox, cleanse, burn fat and increase energy this will help. You still need to eat a clean diet and get on a regular workout program. This is an aid!

I drink this first thing in the morning.

2 Tbs of Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tbs of Pure Lemon Juice
1 tsp of Cinnamon
12-16 oz Glass of Water

Blend all the ingredients together. (You can add a dash of Cayenne pepper and stevia)
